Renault Trucks UK gaining ground in the UK & Ireland with a clever mix of electric and conventional trucks

UK – Last month, T&BB attended a media briefing in London hosted by Warwick-based Renault Trucks UK (a subsidiary of the Volvo Group), about the company’s plans to shape further growth in the markets of the UK and Ireland.
Carlos Rodrigues (Managing Director of Renault Trucks UK and Ireland) gave the keynote speech where he said that the company had been consistently growing its market share in the UK and Ireland market over the last 5 years, with strong figures such as a 7.5% share of the UK Heavy Duty vehicle market. This has culminated in growth also of the dealership network, spare parts business and used truck market at Renault Trucks.
