Peterbilt to offer Hendrickson’s Primaax EX suspensions in Models 567, 579, and 589

USA – Peterbilt Motors Company, a subsidiary of Paccar Inc based in Denton, Texas, has announced it is now offering ‘Primaax EX’ heavy-duty suspensions produced by Hendrickson International of Woodridge, Illinois with its Model 567, 579, and 589 trucks.
The Primaax EX will be available with Peterbilt tracks in two tandem configurations, providing capacities of 46,000 lbs and 52,000 lbs. The ground clearance is 10.75 inches and 10.5 inches respectively. Both are compatible with either drum or air disc brakes. Primaax EX suspensions are reportedly designed to “enhance joint integrity and durability, improve handling, increase air spring capacity, and improve resistance to torque bushing walk-out.”
