Flixbus to enter India in 2024
India – One of the world’s largest bus and coach operating and management companies, Flixmobility GmbH (brand name: Flix Bus) of Munich, has announced it plans to expand FlixBus operations to India. With its successful business model, the group has plans to start the first intercity green line service in 2024.
André Schwämmlein, co-founder and CEO of Flix Bus stated that the company's objective is to provide everyone with accessible, environmentally friendly travel solutions. “We are sure that working with small and medium-sized local bus partners and utilising our technology for planning, booking, operations, and pricing will be a successful combination in India.”
