Quantron delivers 50 electric trucks to Saudi Arabia

Germany / Saudi Arabia – Quantron AG of Gersthofen, Bavaria, Germany has delivered 50 light-duty battery electric trucks to Electromin of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the first such to be handed over since the signing of a distribution agreement last year.
50 units of the ‘Qargo 4 EV’ 4.5-tonne range, fitted with 81-kWh CATL batteries, have been delivered to the subsidiary of Saudi-based lubricants multinational Petromin Corporation. These follow an initial trial of the model beginning in November 2022, and they represent the largest delivery of battery electric trucks to Saudi Arabia to date.
