Belgium – At Busworld 2023, held between 7-12 October at the Brussels Expo, Termomekanik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (“Temsa”) of Adana, Turkey presented a new battery pack design and a fuel cell electric coach developed in partnership with CaetanoBus SA of Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

The new Temsa battery packs boast higher energy capacity and greater durability, according to a presentation delivered to the press at the show. The energy density of a single pack is now 170 watt hours per kilogram, and the pack itself is protected by a high strength steel casing. The cells are managed by software developed in-house.
