Hendrickson acquires Brunner International

USA / Canada – Components manufacturer, Hendrickson International of Woodridge, Illinois has acquired (undisclosed fee) Brunner International Inc based in Medina, New York and Brunner Manufacturing and Sales Ltd, headquartered in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Brunner’s primary product lines include brake shoes and brake s-cams.

In a statement, Hendrickson said that all 325 Brunner employees have been absorbed by the company, whilst the Brunner brand has been retained and will operate as a division of Hendrickson Brake and Wheel End. Brunner’s products are set to complement Hendrickson’s suspension systems business.
