Stellantis releases details of facelifted van range for 2024

New Opel Movano

Netherlands – Over the course of the last month, automotive corporation Stellantis NV of Amsterdam, Netherlands released information for its model year 2024 large-sized van ranges, which are being refreshed with new advanced driver assistance systems and, in the battery-electric variants, improved power and energy storage.

Stellantis is selling the facelifted vans, based on the long-running ‘Ducato’ line, under four brand names: Fiat, Citroën, Opel/Vauxhall and Peugeot. These come with either diesel or battery-electric drivelines. The electric vans will have a single 110-kWh energy storage option providing up to 420 kilometres of range. In the case of the Fiat Ducato, this means a 30% maximum increase in range compared to the current generation; for the Opel Movano, Stellantis says the range is increased by up to 170 kilometres. The batteries can be recharged by the standard 11-kW AC connection or by an optional 150-kW DC one, allowing for fast charging to 80% in 55 minutes.
