Fuso receives USD 13 million order from Australian logistics company

Australia / Japan – Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (Fuso) (a Daimler Truck subsidiary) of Kawasaki, Japan, has received an order worth USD 13 million from the Australian logistics company, Border Express headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. The order consists of 78 new Fuso trucks, including 15 Canter parcel trucks, 60 Fuso Shogun heavy-duty trucks and three medium-duty Fighter trucks. These vehicles will operate throughout the state of Victoria. This is all part of a multi-year plan to upgrade its local PUD (Pick-Up and Delivery) fleet across Australia. All of these vehicles have Euro 6 emissions ratings. The first three Canters have been handed over, with the rest of the order being fulfilled over the next year.
