New EV R&D facility to speed up Isuzu’s transition

Japan - Isuzu Motors Limited, headquartered in Yokohama in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture, has announced plans to build an electric vehicle development and testing facility within its Fujisawa plant, to help it achieve its target of having a full range of carbon-neutral vehicles by 2030.

Isuzu Group confirmed it is committed to developing and selling zero-emission vehicles across all commercial vehicle segments by 2030, including battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs).
