Iveco Group announces change of dealership ownership in the Nordics

Sweden / Norway / Finland / Denmark / Italy – In late 2023, Iveco Group based in Turin, announced that the Hedin Mobility Group, headquartered in Mölndal, Sweden, is purchasing the dealership and retail services network in the Nordic countries in Sweden (Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Malmö), Norway (Bærum), Finland (Espoo) and Denmark (Odense). The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed by Q2 2024. In terms of the letter of intent, the deal encompasses the transfer of marketing and distribution operations for Iveco’s light, medium and heavy-duty trucks and minibuses of the retail business. Furthermore, this includes the spare parts segment of the business in these territories. Currently, Iveco vehicles are serviced by 35 dealers and over 100 workshops throughout the Nordics.
