Bluebus breaks into the Italian market with first order

Bluebus 6M electric-bus

Italy / France – French electric bus manufacturer, Bluebus SAS (part of the Bolloré Group), based in Ergué-Gabéric, is set to break into the Italian market, by shipping thirty of its 6-metre electric buses to Turin, Italy, to its local distributor Indcar in Q2 2024. This marks the first commercial success between the two companies as they reached a distribution agreement* in June last year.

With a passenger capacity of 35, the 6-metre electric bus has been completely redesigned (in 2022) for suburban travel with low passenger density and short trips. The bus boasts a range of 280km on a single charge, with a 120-kWh power capacity. Furthermore, it also has a built-in charger that supports a maximum of 22 kW AC, with the capacity to make a full charge in only 6.5 hours.
