Nova Bus to supply up to 53 battery electric buses to Regina

CanadaNova Bus Inc, a subsidiary of the Volvo Group based in Saint-Eustache, Quebec, has announced a 5-year contract with the City of Regina in Saskatchewan province to supply up to 53 battery electric buses. 

7 units of the LFSe+, a 40-foot battery electric model, will be delivered in 2025. The contract stipulates options for 46 more during the remainder of the contract period. The City of Regina has reportedly committed to procuring only battery electric buses from 2024 onwards as part of its sustainability plan.
