SAF-Holland acquires Italian special axles & suspensions manufacturer Tecma

Germany / Italy – SAF-Holland SE, a manufacturer of truck-trailer components based in Bessenbach, Bavaria, Germany, has announced its acquisition of Assali Tecma Srl (“Tecma”), an Italian manufacturer of custom axle and suspension systems, in order to expand its product portfolio.
Tecma is a small company of around 60 people founded in 1992. Its design and production facility is based in Campagnola di Zevio, on the outskirts of the city of Verona. It produces various kinds of axle – rigid axles, steering & self-steering axles, pendulum axles, and stub axles – and mechanical and air suspensions, as well as axle-suspension systems and trailer bogies. Its customer-specific products are aimed primarily at the special and heavy-duty vehicle industries.
