DAF UK sees consolidation of dealer group representation

UK – The HTC Group, an official DAF Trucks UK Ltd service partner, has acquired Barnes DAF, which includes its Guildford and Shoreham servicing stations that have now been rebranded under the HTC banner. This acquisition takes the HTC dealer locations to 10 across England, joining existing sites in Oxford, Park Royal, Reading, Croydon, Belvedere, Hemel Hempstead, Heathrow and Dunstable. All staff at the Guildford and Shoreham stations have been retained, ensuring continuity across Sales, Service and Parts distribution services. For DAF, this means that the number of UK & Ireland dealerships remains the same (146) but with one less dealer group (now 14).
