Oshkosh net income recovers by whopping 177% in 2023

USAOshkosh Corporation, the parent of several specialty truck brands based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, reported a recovery in its income for 2023 compared to the year before, announcing an adjusted net income of USD657.2m (2022: USD237.6m).

The group’s net sales in 2023 were USD9.66bn, a 17% improvement on the figure reported the year prior (USD8.28bn). Its net income for 2022 was relatively low at USD173.9m (or USD237.6m adjusted). However, following a year of higher sales volume and improved product mix, along with pricing changes, Oshkosh achieved a net income of USD598m, or an adjusted net income of USD657.2m – a massive 177% improvement.
