BYD B70 BEV bus

Thailand / China – Following the earlier announcement that it would be building an assembly plant for trucks and buses in Thailand,  BYD Company Ltd, China’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer based in Shenzhen, began testing a battery-powered bus in Thailand’s capital city Bangkok in April ahead of planned local sales.

The tests are being carried out using BYD’s B70 bus by the company’s local distributor, Rever Automotive Thailand Company Ltd, picking up and dropping off passengers at shopping malls and tourist attractions across the capital.
