Exro Technologies and SEA Electric merger finalised

USA / Canada – The Board of Exro Technologies Inc of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has approved the proposed merger with Los Angeles-based retrofit firm SEA Electric Holdings Pty Ltd, first announced in February this year. Under the Exro name, the combined company will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the leadership of current Exro CEO Sue Ozdemir and Chairman Rod Copes. Tony Fairweather, CEO and founder of SEA Electric and John MacLeod, director of SEA Electric have joined the board of directors of the combined company. Terrence Johnsson and Anita Ganti have resigned from the board of directors.
