Germany – Multinational tech firm Siemens AG of Munich, Bavaria has launched a new service which will provide fleet operators with installation, maintenance, and digital management of their depot-based electric charging.

Developed by its Smart Infrastructure division, ‘Depot360’ is Siemens’ “turnkey” solution for fleets looking to establish depot charging of their battery electric vehicles. Depot360 provides a comprehensive service, from initial consultation to depot design, construction, commissioning, and management. With Siemens’ energy management software, fleets can optimise their recharging schedules to take advantage of off-peak rates and to avoid going over the depot’s power capacity.
