USA– Components manufacturer Hendrickson International of Woodridge, Illinois has unveiled its new 46,000 lb rear axle suspension (ROADMAXX Z). The rear air suspension system was designed for ride quality and performance in both the on and off highway segment. Certified for suspension system use with lift axles, Hendrickson claims the product delivers a consistent ride over the duration of the life of the air spring. For the first time, Hendrickson has integrated its Zero Maintenance Damping (ZMD) ride technology which eliminates conventional shock absorbers and integrates a damping function into the air springs helping reduce maintenance costs and vehicle downtime for the operator.
