France / EstoniaSkeleton Technologies OÜ, a supercapacitor firm based in Tallinn, Estonia announced in May that it would invest EUR600m in R&D and manufacturing in France over the next five years.

In the first phase, Skeleton will establish a research and development facility in Toulouse in the fourth quarter of this year.
