Hendrickson acquires Reyco Granning truck suspension business

USA– Components manufacturer, Hendrickson International of Woodridge, Illinois has announced the acquisition of the Reyco Granning Suspensions business, from Reyco Granning LLC and its parent MAT Capital LLC, headquartered in Long Grove Illinois. Reyco Granning Suspensions specialises in manufacturing suspension solutions for heavy and medium-duty vehicles, including for motorhomes, emergency response vehicle, speciality trailers, commercial trucks and buses. No financial numbers were disclosed to the public regarding the acquisition. Importantly, the Reyco Granning brand and its 100 employees will continue to operate independently ensuring operational continuity. Matt Van Meter will lead the Reyco Granning team as its General Manager. Hendrickson says its product and manufacturing footprint has been expanded with this acquisition.
