SAF-Holland acquires Italian axle and suspensions manufacturer Assali Stefen

Germany / Italy – SAF-Holland SE of Bessenbach, Bavaria, Germany has announced its acquisition of Assali Stefen Srl, an Italian manufacturer of special-purpose axles and suspensions for trailers.

Founded in 1984, Assali Stefen is situated in Vallese di Oppeano, near the city of Verona, and it employs seventy people at its facility. It produces standard axles and components as well as self-steering axles and components for special applications. It also makes air and mechanical suspensions for trailers.
