Iveco set to collaborate with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST)

Luxembourg / Italy – Italian bus, van and truck manufacturer, Iveco Group NV based in Turin, has signed an agreement with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) to collaborate in the research of sustainable and lightweight composite materials specifically for transport applications. The company plans to work with LIST’s Sustainable Composite Materials and Manufacturing Innovation Centre (SCMM-IC), which is in part, funded by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), to find increasingly lightweight composite materials for vehicles to enhance fuel efficiency and to improve TCO for fleet operators.
