Free trade zone of the port of Seville

Spain – Spanish HVAC systems supplier, Internacional Hispacold SA (Hispacold), headquartered in Seville, (a subsidiary of Irizar Group SC) announced that it has acquired a concession in the free trade zone of the Port of Seville. Already based in Seville, the company, over the next twelve months, will move into a new 36,000 square-metre facility, of which 14,000 square-metres is warehouse space with a 2,500 square-metre office. The company says that this will allow the opportunity to integrate all of its operations in one location, optimising operational costs, and processes and therefore improving competitiveness. This will cost Hispacold EUR 4 million.
