Volvo UK receives order for 150 FH Aero trucks

UK – Volvo Group UK & Ireland Ltd of Warwick, UK has announced an order for 150 of its new ‘FH Aero’ diesel trucks from Maritime Transport Ltd, an integrated road and rail freight carrier based in Felixstowe.

Maritime will receive 150 of Volvo’s latest FH range, an aerodynamic tractor unit which boasts an improvement of 5% in fuel economy. Maritime’s order is the largest Volvo UK has received since the FH Aero was launched at the beginning of this year.
