Sono Motors’ solar bus product to be distributed by Hofmeister & Meincke

Germany – Sono Motors GmbH of Munich, Bavaria has announced that its solar panel technology for buses will be sold and distributed through Hofmeister & Meincke, a major wholesaler of commercial vehicle parts based in the city of Bremen.
Sono Motors’ ‘Solar Bus Kit’ is a solar panel array which fits onto the roof of a city bus in order to provide auxiliary power, reducing fuel consumption in a combustion engine vehicle or increasing the energy capacity of an electric one. The product will now be distributed through Hofmeister & Meincke’s eighteen locations across Germany.
