Volvo receives order for 800 trucks from DSV

Sweden / Denmark – Volvo Trucks Corporation of Gothenburg, Sweden has received an order for 800 trucks, of which 300 are battery electric, from transport and logistics company DSV A/S of Hedehusene, Denmark.

The order also consists of 500 combustion trucks, with a mixture of diesel and natural gas drivelines. Volvo says that the electric trucks include its new aerodynamic model, the ‘FH Aero Electric’, launched earlier this year.
