Denso celebrates its 75th anniversary at the IAA

Germany / Japan– At the 2024 IAA Transportation event in Hanover last month, components giant, Denso Corporation* of Kariya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan celebrated its 75th anniversary, marking another milestone in its impressive journey since its formation in 1949.

The company showcased several of its technologies aimed at supporting the automotive industry’s transition to sustainable mobility, which focused on solutions that contribute to zero-emission vehicle technologies, including innovations in electrification and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). It highlighted electric components such as high-efficiency inverters and battery management systems, which are crucial for electric and hybrid vehicles. Additionally, Denso demonstrated its advancements in thermal management systems that help maintain battery efficiency, contributing to enhanced vehicle range and performance. These innovations are part of Denso's broader strategy to support the automotive industry's transformation toward sustainable and advanced driving solutions​.
