Germany / USA – Eaton Corporation of Maumee, Ohio, a power management firm, used the 2024 IAA Transportation event in Hanover last month to introduce several products aimed at advancing hydrogen-powered CV technologies. This emphasised Eaton’s commitment to supporting the hydrogen-powered CV industry.

The company displayed its hydrogen recirculation blower which uses Eaton’s TVS (Twin Vortices Series) technology. This blower recycles excess hydrogen within fuel cells, improving efficiency, managing water, and reducing cold start challenges. This product also ensures even distribution of hydrogen in the stack, improving efficiency and therefore performance.
