Dana appoints interim CEO

USA– Chassis components supplier, Dana Incorporated of Maumee, Ohio, USA, has appointed R. Bruce McDonald as interim Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, taking over from James Kamsickas who is retiring after nine years as CEO. To ensure a smooth transition, Kamsickas will remain as an advisor to the company through March 2025 as the company looks for a permanent CEO. McDonald will be responsible for implementing Dana’s strategy to streamline operations and enhance shareholder value, as evidenced by its recent announcement to sell its Off-Highway business and initiate a USD 200 million cost reduction plan.
