Hexagon Purus raises USD 91 million from private placement share offering

Norway Hexagon Purus ASA of Oslo, Norway, has raised USD 91 million (NOK 1 billion) by creating 145,000,000 shares in a “private placement” fund at NOK 6,90 (0.63 USD) per new share. The so called ‘accelerated bookbuilding processes’ closed on October 30, 2024.

Nordic investment banks ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as global coordinator and joint book-runner with Arctic Securities AS and Danske Bank. This capital-raising initiative split the shares into two tranches: Tranche 1 included 55,541,400 shares, and Tranche 2 had 89,458,600 shares. Tranche 1's new shares are already registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and are now tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange​. Members of the executive management team were allocated some of the new shares*.
