Schmitz to deliver 25 ‘EcoDuo’ double trailer combinations to Spain

Germany / Spain – Schmitz Cargobull AG of Horstmar, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany has announced an order for twenty-five ‘EcoDuo’ trailer combinations from Furgo Trayler SL, a parcel specialist based in Tarragona, Spain.

The order consists of fifty ‘S.BO Express’ semi-trailers with dry freight bodies and twenty-five dollies which connect a pair of trailers to create an extra-long truck-trailer combination (up to a maximum length of 31.5 metres).¹ Schmitz calls these combinations ‘EcoDuo’, citing their economic and environmental benefits.
