Perrone to supply four self-driving minibuses to Tulsa, Oklahoma

USA – Perrone Robotics Inc of Charlottesville, Virginia is deploying four minibuses equipped with its self-driving technology as part of a government-funded project in the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Perrone will supply four Ford ‘E-Transit’ vans, which will be converted to carry passengers and retrofitted with its ‘TONY AV’ kit, allowing them to drive autonomously. Safety drivers will sit in the vehicles to monitor them as they transport passengers around the northern part of the city.
