Iveco Group finalises change of dealership ownership in the Nordics

Sweden / Norway / Finland / Denmark / Italy – In late 2023, T&BB reported that the Iveco Group based in Turin, announced that the Hedin Mobility Group, headquartered in Mölndal, Sweden, was purchasing the dealership and retail services network in the Nordic countries in Sweden (Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Malmö), Norway (Bærum), Finland (Espoo) and Denmark (Odense). The deal has now been finalised after gaining the necessary regulatory approval. The agreement encompasses the transfer of marketing and distribution operations for Iveco’s light, medium and heavy-duty trucks and minibuses of the retail business. Furthermore, this includes the spare parts segment of the business in these territories.
