Netherlands / Germany – Milence BV, the Daimler-Traton-Volvo truck charging joint venture based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, has opened its first two charging locations in the east of Germany, providing a total of twelve charging points.
Both hubs are located on the Scandinavian-Mediterranean corridor, a trans-European network which connects the Nordics with southern Italy. The first is based on the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, a cloverleaf interchange in the state of Thuringia, while the second is located near Vockerode in Saxony-Anhalt, on the main road between Berlin and Leipzig.
