Ola Källenius, president of ACEA

Belgium – The European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association, or ACEA, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, has elected Mercedes-Benz Group AG chairman Ola Källenius as its new president, effective 1 January 2025.

Born in Sweden, Källenius trained in finance, accounting, and international management before joining Mercedes-Benz Group (then Daimler-Benz) in 1993. In 2019, he took up his current role of Chairman of the Board of Management.
