International S13 powertrain certified for use with renewable diesel

USA – International Motors LLC, a subsidiary of Traton based in Lisle, Illinois, has announced that its integrated powertrain, the ‘S13’, is now certified for use with renewable diesel.

Customers of International who drive ‘LT’, ‘RH’, ‘HX’, and/or ‘HV’ trucks powered by the S13 powertrain may now choose to switch from diesel to R100/R99 or hydrotreated vegetable oil, significantly reducing their tailpipe emissions.
