Kögel unveils enhanced tipper range at Bauma 2025

Kögel tipper

Germany - At Bauma 2025 held in Munich last month, Kögel Trailer GmbH of Bessenbach, Germany, showcased its latest advancements in tipper technology, emphasising durability, payload efficiency, and operator convenience. Their range caters for the construction industry, notably for road construction and waste disposal industries. According to the company, the “updated tipper range features a modular design with bolted construction, allowing for a mix of high-strength steel and lightweight aluminium components. This combination reduces tare weight by up to 430 kg, enhancing payload capacity and fuel efficiency.”

Key improvements include a redesigned tailgate made of 4 mm HB450 steel for increased strength, and a pneumatically operated underride guard that prevents dirt accumulation during tipping. The control console has been repositioned for easier access, and optional features like LED lighting and Kögel Telematics provide real-time monitoring of trailer status.
