Karsan manufactures its 10,000th e-Jest

Turkey – Turkish bus manufacturer, Karsan Otomotiv Sanayi ve Tic AŞ (“Karsan”) of Bursa, has announced the production of its 10,000th e-JEST, marking a significant milestone since the model’s launch in 2019. The e-JEST is manufactured at Karsan’s facility in Bursa, where the company maintains strict quality control and integrates advanced technologies.
Karsan has actively expanded its global footprint, with the e-JEST now operating in more than 23 countries. The company is also producing right-hand drive models for the Japanese market and plans to enter the UK later this year through Horsham-based dealer EVM UK Ltd. Deniz Çetin, CCO of Karsan, told us at last year’s Euro Bus Expo that the company aims to further strengthen its international presence by targeting additional right-hand drive markets, including Malta and Australia.
