Rivian vehicles now integrated with Samsara fleet management

USA – Rivian Automotive Inc of Irvine, California and Samsara Inc of San Francisco, California have announced that Rivian connected vehicles are now integrated with Samsara’s fleet management software, meaning that fleets in the USA can access Rivian vehicle data through the Samsara platform.
On Samsara’s ‘Connected Operations Platform’, customers can now view information on Rivian vehicles in their fleet alongside other vehicle data, providing a “unified” platform for monitoring fleet assets. Operators have access to information such as vehicle location, speed, mileage, state of charge, and even seatbelt usage.
