Sany and Putzmeister announce entry into European and African green hydrogen sector

Sany stand at World Hydrogen Summit 2025 in Rotterdam
China / Germany – Sany Heavy Industry Co Ltd, a heavy equipment manufacturer based in Beijing, China, has announced its entry into green hydrogen production in Europe and Africa alongside its German subsidiary, Putzmeister Holding GmbH, at the World Hydrogen Summit, held between 19-21 May in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
“Sany Hydrogen”, a hydrogen energy equipment manufacturer based in China, will partner with Putzmeister to construct “green” production plants for European and African customers. Using Putzmeister’s “expertise in the planning and implementation of industrial projects”, Sany hopes to market its electrolyser products as part of a complete green hydrogen solution.
