Kempower appoints new CEO

Bhasker Kaushel, new CEO of Kempower

Finland – Finnish electric charging provider, Kempower OYJ, based in Lahti, Finland, has appointed Bhasker Kaushal as its new CEO, taking over from Tomi Ristimäki, who will remain in an advisory role until December, ensuring a smooth transition. Kaushal will be responsible for scaling up operations as the company expands into more markets. With over 20 years of experience, Kaushal has previously been VP and GM at Sensitech.

The transition signals “Kempower’s shift from founder-led growth to a more structured, scalable leadership model.” The board emphasised that Kaushal’s appointment is not a reaction to any crisis, but a proactive step to align executive capabilities with long-term ambitions.
