Shyft merges with the Aebi Schmidt Group

USA / Switzerland – The Shyft Group Inc of Novi, Michigan, USA – parent to several specialty truck brands including Utilimaster, Royal Truck Body, and DuraMag – has announced the completion of its merger with Swiss heavy machinery and trailer manufacturer Aebi Schmidt Group.

The combined company will operate as under the Aebi Schmidt name, headquartered in Burgdorf, Bern, Switzerland. Aebi Schmidt shares began trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange on 1 July. Shyft has been delisted from the Nasdaq.
