Mullen considers move and name change as part of business consolidation

USA – Mullen Automotive Inc of Brea, California has announced it will move its operations to Michigan and change its name to “Bollinger Innovations” as part of plans to consolidate its business with that of its subsidiary, Bollinger Motors Inc.
Mullen says it will merge the sales, marketing, and service operations under a single brand, meaning the combination of its Class 1 and 3 product lines with the Class 4 Bollinger truck. As part of the consolidation plan, Mullen will move to the Bollinger headquarters in Oak Park, Michigan; it is unclear whether or not it will shut down its facilities elsewhere in the country.
