Schmitz launches mobile technician service

Germany – Schmitz Cargobull AG, a trailer manufacturer based in Horstmar, North Rhine-Westphalia, has launched a mobile aftermarket service in its home market of Germany, providing 24/7 breakdown, repair, and technical support to customers.
The manufacturer is rolling out a fleet of Schmitz-branded vans as part of a service pilot in Germany. These will provide customers with on-road support, including on-the-spot maintenance, repairs, parts delivery, and retrofitting to complement its on-site workshop services across its European network of 1,400 partners.
