Hyundai working with Saudi authorities to trial HFC coach in the mountains of Trojena

Saudi Arabia / South Korea – Hyundai Motor Group (Hyundai) of Soeul, South Korea, has announced its completion of a trial to test hydrogen as a fuel in high-altitude conditions in NEOM*, Saudi Arabia.
Hyundai has successfully completed trials of of its hydrogen fuel cell coach, Universe, on a mountainous route in Trojena**, NEOM, (a region under development on the Red Sea coast in northwest Saudi Arabia) reaching elevations of up to 2,080 metres and gradients of 24 per cent.
