ZM Trucks opens assembly facility in California

ZM Trucks facility in Fontana, California

Japan / USAZo Motors Co Ltd of Tokyo, Japan, through its subsidiary ‘ZM Trucks’, has opened a facility in Fontana, California for the assembly of electric vehicles first shown at ACT Expo 2024.

On 28 August, the company hosted an opening ceremony at the facility, which is located just 49 miles from downtown Los Angeles and now serves as its regional headquarters. Zo Motors also used the event to debut its Class 4-6 truck, the ‘ZM8’, which is offered as a rigid or as a cab-chassis.
