SWITCH Mobility delivers first 10 of 100 e-buses to Mauritius
Mauritius / India – Electric CV manufacturer, Switch Mobility Pvt Ltd of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, a division of Ashok Leyland (Hinduja Group), has delivered the first 10 SWITCH EiV12* – Low Floor electric buses of 100 e-buses being gifted by the Government of India to the Government of Mauritius.
The procurement was facilitated by Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) through a structured tender process. The buses will be operated by the National Transport Corporation, enabling Mauritius to move forward in electrifying its public transport fleet.
