Tata Motors appoints Equimax as distributor and aftersales partner in the Dominican Republic

Dominican Republic / India – Tata Motors Ltd of Mumbai, India, has extended its overseas commercial vehicle operations into the Dominican Republic through the appointment of Equimax, S.A., of Pedro Brand, as distributor and aftersales agent.
Under the agreement, Equimax will manage sales and nationwide service support, including spare parts supply, warranty and maintenance programmes. Select models will be offered with extended warranty cover of up to five years or 200,000km. Gabriel Tellerias, Equimax president, stated that the company will focus on meeting local business requirements and support the Tata portfolio through its existing network of service centres across the country.
