“Load finder” spot carrier service rolled out to Volvo NA customers

USA – Volvo Group North America Inc of Greensboro, North Carolina has announced that it is now offering the “Load Finder” service for spot carriers to Volvo customers at no extra cost, accessible through desktop and mobile devices.
The Load Finder application is designed to match truck operators with spot shippers, identifying live truck shipment data and generating recommendations suited to the fleet’s profile. It aggregates date from over forty load boards in a single platform, making it easier to find spot shipping opportunities and reducing the number of “deadhead miles” hauling an empty trailer.
